Orders, refunds and product support

We cannot see, change or refund orders. TedsWoodworking is sold by Ted McGrath / TedsWoodworking through the ClickBank marketplace, so anything to do with a purchase — access problems, downloads, billing, the money-back guarantee — must go to the vendor's own support channel or to ClickBank customer service, using the details on your order receipt.

We do not provide build advice or technical support for the plans themselves. The vendor's members area is the right place for those.
